Power Vinyasa is a dynamic, fast-paced, energetic practise. It can help build strength, cardiovascular fitness and could improve mobility and flexibility.

Yin Yoga is a slower, more meditative practise. Mostly floor-based poses are held for approx 3-5 mins, which helps target connective tissues. This style of yoga can aid flexibility as well as allowing you to become more mindful.

Pilates aims to target muscles that could help eliminate bad habits within posture and alignment. This form of movement values quality over quantity, which calls upon dormant muscles that have been allowing other muscles to do all the work for them. Helps to build strength, stability, flexibility and mobility.

Free to attend and suitable for all levels. Come flow with me in this dynamic, energetic class in a heated (30 degree) studio situated in the heart of the CBD.

Spaces are limited to 15, so book early to avoid disappointment.

HATHA SLOW FLOW

​Aug 22nd - Sept 5th, Gokula House

Thursdays, 10am - 11am

This class will host a gentle slow flow to energise, stretch and release.

$10 to attend, cash or card accepted. No need to book. Walk-ins welcome.

Mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters available.

Suitable for all levels.
